The best hidden gem near OCMD! We have been going here for years and it never changes. Service is always good, portions are insane, and there are so many flavors to choose from.
This place is a locals favorite. I've been a patron along with my children, for over 7 years. Every flavor is top of the line. The texture of the snowball is ideal where it doesn't melt in seconds like Hawaiian ice and it also doesn't feel like you are crunching on chunks of ice. The classic egg custard is the best version of the flavor I've ever had. They pay attention to every detail from the way they artistically craft each specialty snowball to the generous amount they give you (if you choose to get it 'built up' which I highly recommend)! Besides the long line which should be expected due to the size of the joint, you won't be disappointed!
The Snowball Stand has been here for many years now and has definitely had the time to make some changes and has become even better! They have a large variety of flavors for snowballs, and also have so many different kinds of ice cream treats. Their snowballs now also have the snowy top and are not flat on the top when you first get them. (with the exception of their smallest size) I love that they also make pupcups for dogs! We enjoyed snowballs here on their little "patio" that includes some tables and chairs, as opposed to just the benches they have next to the stand. This stand is always busy, but they usually have several lines open, and the people who work here are super patient and fast! If you live in the Pines, or are just visiting, this is the place to be!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! the flavors are plentiful & so good! the line is always long but they move at a good pace it is a very cute shop with many options & a clean area
Ok, the staff this past summer was great. They gave us many laughs. They were so helpful when trying to choose from their extensive flavor list. A friend we were visiting suggested we go here to get dessert after dinner. It was the perfect distance from her house. The pricing was perfect! There were so many options to choose from. I love that they let us sample as well. They also had a large Jenga set up that we participated in. It was nice to have something to pass that time. This is the perfect summer treat. Ice cream can be heavy on a hot day. Snow cones just hit right.
we had a great experience today with getting a Christmas tree. everyone was so friendly and helpful. Santa was there too!
Love this stand. Friendly service and all a place where you feel they're giving you great "bang" for your buck. I ordered ice cream bottom, banana, coconut, mango with sweet cream on top. Delicious! Then my daughter ordered their unicorn! Both of us were happy! We'll be going back a couple more times before we leave!
This place gets busy all day! Drove past it numerous times over days and there was always a line. Pretty good prices for size you get. Tons of flavor options. Only reason it's 4 stars is the cups it comes in. They are super flimsy. They pile on the ice and the cup just can't hold up.

Absolutely a MUST STOP if you're visiting Ocean City/Berlin. Well worth the wait (and on weekends, there WILL be a wait). Want a true Maryland experience? Get the egg custard. I personally find the lemonade to be SO refreshing but all the flavors are delicious. Hawaiian is another personal favorite (fruit punch) and the guava is excellent if you like tropical fruits. And you can't beat the prices! $2.50 for a small that is piled high over the top of the cup (but I say splurge and spend $3 for the medium).
